Marion Football Club
Marion FC were established in 1905. Like many organisations, the club survives on no small part to the strength of its volunteers.
CyberWeb were able to supply a website using a content management system (CMS) to allow multiple members to update the website easily and from anywhere there is a computer with an Internet connection.
Often, when one volunteer in an organisation is left to manage a website using programs such as Frontpage, Word, Publisher or Dreamweaver they often find their workload can quickly be bogged down by many updates each week. A CMS can free up many hours weekly by sharing the load. It can also simplify the website content entry, for example, by easily creating menus or scheduling an item to remove itself on a particular date!
